Job Summary and Opportunity

As our Salesforce Business Analyst, you will partner with the business to support the Salesforce architectural roadmap.  Core accountabilities will be within our Salesforce group to support a variety of software development projects related to our Salesforce Instance. This is a technology-focused role, where you will be have an a deep understanding of all CRM-related technologies to successfully partner with the business to develop use cases and define technical requirements.  Some of those areas may include cross functional business units, customer stakeholders’ and compliance.  This role will collaborate with the business and the bank's technical subject matter experts to identify optimal solutions to solve for these opportunities.  To be effective in this role you must be able to synthesize inputs from multiple sources and translate those into clearly articulated and usable technical requirements for the bank's technical resources. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, build consensus when there are differing opinions, and drive projects forward to meet key milestone dates. You will act as an intermediary between the business areas and technology teams.  Successful candidates will be able to quickly identify blockers, requirement gaps, and other constraints, as well as help lead the team to overcome these impediments, which will often require outside of the box thinking. 


This position may be 100% REMOTE, depending upon your location. 


  • Deliver on near-term technology strategies and support the long term technological road map to maximize the impact and effectiveness of Salesforce applications and solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Facilitate meetings with business process leadership to align on technology roadmaps to develop business needs and strategy
  • Use influence skills to always deliver the best outcomes for the customer and the enterprise
  • Partner with technical SMEs to develop and maintain the technology roadmap, provide accurate delivery timelines and status updates to internal stakeholders
  • Assist in opportunity sizing to provide key information to business area to help them prioritize projects
  • Ability to take business requirements and convert them into technical requirements to be used by technology partners
  • Create technical PBIs, user experience diagrams, covering as many real-life scenarios as possible for both customers and internal agents
  • Coordinate technology releases and cross functional teams to bring solutions to market and plan rollout to maximize customer adoption
  • Leverage reporting and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of customer experiences, and pro-actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Perform deep analysis of user behavior within the system to recognize trends in interactions to identify improvement and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain broad understanding of the fundamental technologies driving the competitive landscape for similar products, and stay current on Salesforce updates


  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years' of developing requirements for Salesforce projects
  • Expertise with issue and development tracking software such as TFS or JIRA
  • Agile / Scrum environment experience 
  • Salesforce release management, including record-based configurations
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous objectives by breaking projects down into component pieces
  • Experience with object-oriented design and coding skills across a variety of platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes within short time frames
  • Demonstrable experience working independently with little supervision while meeting aggressive timelines
  • Ability to pro-actively analyze and assess current processes to define, document and implement improvements
