Job Summary and Opportunity

Develop, present, and own Axos' workforce management reporting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will have the opportunity to create and measure the many different metrics of our enterprise working with our senior leadership. Bachelor's with 2+ years' data analytics, Tableau, SQL, Excel


  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other partners to ensure data integrity and develop appropriate auditing tools, reports, and analysis methodologies to answer strategic questions, make insightful data driven business recommendations
  • Aggregate data from multiple sources, create dashboards and reports, and conduct analysis with recommendations
  • Provide ongoing reporting to TA, HR, leadership, and stakeholders on talent/workforce measurement developing automated reports
  • Identify key workforce metrics/KPIs and create reports to monitor them
  • Assist with the workforce strategy and identify ways in which HR will leverage data, analytics
  • Work with end users of ATS/HRIS to define their reporting & analytics needs, building the needed reporting
  • Develop quarterly senior management workforce performance reporting
  • Produce meaningful dashboards for HR, Recruitment, Hiring Managers, senior leadership, Payroll
  • Test and validate the reports and dashboards regularly
  • Subject matter expert on projects involving metrics and data with a deep understanding of innovative reporting and performance as it relates to workforce management
  • Own projects as assigned (planning, building, and maintaining)
  • Create process maps, procedures, and documentation of reporting


  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or closely related discipline
  • 2+ years' analytics; data modeling, visualization, and analysis
  • Gathered data to inform decision-making and to persuade others
  • Expert MS Office, 
  • Used SQL and Tableau 
  • Passionate in building Axos’ talent and workforce reporting
  • High level of initiative, detailed/thorough, creative problem solver, execution/results focused, effective
  • Provide new perspectives and creative approaches with minimal direction
