Job Summary and Opportunity

Axos Bank is looking for a dynamic Consumer Lending Marketing Manager, to lead the team responsible for marketing initiatives in support of our Mortgage, Auto Loan, Personal Loan, and Credit Card lines of business. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative problem solver who has experience in one or more of these product lines. Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for consumer Mortgage, Auto Loan, Personal Loan, and Credit Card marketing initiatives
  • Directly manage and develop a team of Marketing Specialists, fostering professional growth and streamlining team operations
  • Produce annual and ad hoc marketing plans to support enterprise projects and generate new customers and loans
  • With the support of internal partners and external vendors, coordinate the content, design, compliance, and distribution of paid media, email, SMS, push, print, direct mail, broadcast, web, social, and other key channels
  • Establish KPIs and coordinate the creation of reports and dashboards that highlight campaign-level success and overall marketing/business unit trends
  • Use testing methodologies and customer segmentation strategies to refine targeting, messaging, creative execution, and channel preference
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all advertising regulatory requirements
  • Own key books of business, lead special projects, and provide other team support as necessary 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years’ in a similar client-side or agency marketing role with a proven track record of managing successful acquisition and cross-sell marketing campaigns in a variety of online and offline channels
  • Experience with at least one consumer lending line of business: mortgage, auto, personal, or credit card (B2B or B2C)
  • The ability to directly oversee a team of people to whom you provide guidance and learning opportunities
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools highly preferred (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Interaction Studio)
  • Experience performing analysis (A/B testing) and utilizing data analytics to drive strategies
  • Knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Tableau/dashboards)
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio)
