The Role

  • Responsible for acquisition, retention and growth of deposits within his/her assigned portfolio
  • Act as a liaison between the Firm, advisor support to bring on new consumer deposit accounts
  • Collect documentation and provide detailed correspondence between the bank, advisor and end client
  • Work with marketing to help create and organize sales campaigns
  • Make proactive calls and cold calls to gain business from new firms and advisors in addition to growing existing relationships
  • Accountable for meeting required minimum sales goals presented each quarter by the department director
  • Maintain a working pipeline of firms, advisors and end clients, updated daily within Sales Force CRM
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business line, Product set, business processes and banking compliance guidelines

Are You A Fit?

  • 3+ years' banking experience working with High Net Worth clients
  • Sales experience and ability to consistently meet quarterly goals
  • Manage a sales pipeline through CRM
  • Strong customer service and sales acumen
  • Proven ability to conduct cold calls and connections for new business
  • Ability to offer all products and services to existing and new client base including, custody, clearing, banking, lending, and other products
  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi task/prioritize work effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Positive Attitude and dedicated Team player
  • Ability to work independently
  • Lift, carry and set up conference booth and marketing materials
  • Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (i.e. Air travel, car travel, desk work, conference presentations, etc.)
  • Custody/Clearing sales
