    Compliance Program

    • Conduct scheduled Data Driven Compliance (DDC) reviews to determine required actions for alert classification as either regulatory or non-regulatory issue
    • Perform assigned compliance and regulatory change management (RCM) reviews.  Completed compliance reviews must conform to department documentation standards, pass supervisory review, include productive collaboration with impacted Business Units and a final written report submitted through the appropriate reporting channels
    • Assist in monitoring and analyzing changes in applicable laws, regulations, and industry related news or events for all relevant subject matter
    • Participate in the development and refinement of activities to enhance the Bank's compliance training program
    • Actively seek continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiencies or reduce costs
    • Help with the administration of the Policy and Management Directive SharePoint library for the integrity and maintenance of the SharePoint library
    • Participate in the identification of compliance risk and ensure that proper controls, procedures, process and training are in place to mitigate these risks
    • Assist with administrative preparation for regulatory examinations

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Detail-oriented, motivated and function well in a team environment
    • Knowledge of deposit related regulations
    • Understanding of banking regulatory, audit and compliance programs for deposit compliance as it relates to federally regulated banks
    • Ability to identify and define problems with documentation, internal processes and procedures; research and analyze information and various situations relating to data management issues
    • Capable of recommending alternatives or solutions
    • Flexible and able to work on multiple projects that may require restructuring due to shifting demands and changing priorities within mid-large size bank
    • Work well independently
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to include presentation skills
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Windows and network environments

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 2+ years' experience in banking/audit/regulatory compliance    
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related area, or equivalent business experience
