We are seeking a UX designer to transform the way we interact with our customers. This person is key to supporting the needs of various business units to deliver assets that drive engagement and increase business. A core part of this role will be working collaboratively with business units to improve our workflow and improve the experience for both internal and external customers.
This person will be addressing opportunities related to customer engagement within the bankruptcy space to help drive the design and development of the next chapter in online banking. You will be leading various projects through the design process, working closely with product management, software development, visual design, and branding.
We are looking for someone with solid user-centered UX skills and with a great sense of aesthetics and design. This is a hands-on role where you will bring your creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills to translate concepts, business needs and user goals into impactful solutions. You will be working on both the web and mobile platforms. It's going to be amazing.
You will also be conducting customer research, usability tests and gathering feedback to improve the ease of use of various aspects of our product on both web and mobile.
