    The Advisor Sales, Relationship Manager is responsible for growing his/her portfolio of Financial Advisor Firms, Advisors, and end customers through daily contacts with complex clients including Broker Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, Insurance firms, advisors employed by those firms and their end clients who open accounts with Axos Advisor.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Act as liaison between firm and advisor support to bring on new consumer deposit accounts
    • Collect documentation and provided detailed correspondence between the Bank, advisor, and end client
    • Work with marketing to help create and organize sales campaigns
    • Make proactive calls to gain business from new firms and advisors in addition to growing existing relationships
    • Meet required minimum sales goals presented each quarter by the department director
    • Maintain working pipeline of firms, advisors, and end clients, updated daily within a contact management system
    • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business line, business processes, and banking compliance guidelines


    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Strong customer service and sales acumen with ability to communicate to upper-management of advisor firms
    • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Cold calling
    • Manage a sales pipeline through Salesforce
    • Ability to multi task/prioritize work effectively
    • Basic knowledge of Bank Compliance, including BSA
    • Word and Excel proficient
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Very organized
    • Positive attitude
    • Dedicated team player

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 5+ years sales experience
    • Portfolio management


    • Banking experience
    • Understanding of IRA products
    • Investment industry knowledge
    • Salesforce
