    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for management of all facilities staff
    • Performance reporting
    • Inventory management
    • Perform service ticket data analysis to help determine root causes of recurring issues
    • Evaluates, prioritizes and logs service requests
    • Handles routine inquiries, complaints and questions via telephone, e-mail or in person
    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems within given authority
    • Take ownership and ensure timely response and resolution of related issues
    • Ensure service activities run smoothly and efficiently
    • Escalates issues to management as appropriate
    • Daily operational duties in relation to routine maintenance and servicing of Bank facilities, including, but not limited to: break rooms, conference areas and printer stations
    • Assist in the origination and maintenance of service schedules
    • Facilitates work orders of inside/outside contractors, services and vendors
    • Preparation, receipt and delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail
    • Setup/Removal of computer assets upon employee onboarding and off boarding
    • Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Management reporting
    • Performance reporting
    • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
    • Knowledge and training in facilities, mailroom, and clerical support
    • Ability to deal with simple problems involving multiple facets and variables in standardized situations
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees
    • Basic skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation, host computer system. word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work with general supervision while performing duties
    • Current driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 2+ years' management experience in the facilities industry
    • Facilities customer support experience


    • College degree
