    We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist to plan, coordinate and manage a variety of marketing campaigns related to our partnership with Nationwide.  The ideal individual is a self-starter who takes ownership of his or her duties, has the ability to think strategically, drive innovation, has a broad understanding of digital and traditional marketing and is analytically-minded. Specific responsibilities include the following:


    • Design, develop, and execute acquisition strategies for new consumer and business account growth in consumer and small business banking and lending, utilizing digital (organic and paid) and offline marketing tactics
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase retention of consumer and business deposit accounts
    • Partner with external data vendors to help identify target audiences
    • Coordinate the content, messaging, design and tracking of SEO, PPC, retargeting, email, direct mail, website content, print ads, and videos with internal team members and external vendors
    • Manage and track campaign deadlines, campaign performance, budget and ROI
    • Prepare presentations and dashboards for management, highlighting campaign performance and tracking toward business goals
    • Identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve funnel conversion
    • Coordinate customer experience driven initiatives and report on status
    • Ensure brand identity and consistency including co-branded assets
    • Create, maintain and update a marketing calendar with all marketing activities
    • Develop and execute win-back and cross sell strategies

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Exceptional written and oral communications
    • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

    • Self-motivated, result-driven and committed to deadlines

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands of frequently changing priorities and deadlines

    • Self-directed and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment

    • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Knowledge on digital and design tools, Marketo and Salesforce

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field required
    • 2+ years experience in a similar role
    • Exceptional written and oral communications
    • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail



    • Knowledge on digital and design tools, Marketo and Salesforce 
    • Experience in financial services, banking or lending
    • Partnership marketing experience
