    • Collaborate with the SVP, Retail Compliance Manager to administer the Bank's Compliance Management Program (CMP) including but not limited to administering assigned compliance and Regulatory Change Management (RCM) reviews
    • Ensure completed compliance reviews must conform to department documentation standards, pass supervisory review, productive collaboration with impacted business units, and a final written report submitted through the appropriate reporting channels
    • Oversee the review marketing campaigns, disclosures, new products and general regulatory questions
    • Analyzes, summarizes and communicates  current regulatory and organizational compliance developments to business units and coordinates efforts to ensure policies, procedures, forms and training meet all new and amended requirements and deadlines
    • Examine and communicate compliance requirements for new revised products, services and systems to business units
    • Collaborate with the SVP, Retail Compliance Manager to administer oversight for the annual Privacy Notice re-disclosure project and the annual Identify Theft/Red Flags Risk Assessment review
    • Coordinate with SVP, Retail Compliance Manager to administer the Bank's Complaint Program and lead for the annual complaint trend analysis
    • Serve as lead oversight on the review and approval of low and moderate risk level marketing and advertising collateral items within established SLA's
    • Participate in the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Program, which includes, but is not limited to, a compliance Task Force and implementation of pending regulatory rule changes
    • Prepare management information reports for compliance to provide to senior management, designated committees, and the Board of Directors
    • Support Bank's efforts on all corporate compliance audits and Agency compliance examinations, including advance preparation, coordination of all information gathering between business units during the audit/exam and remediation actions
    • Participates in various committees, audits and examinations
    • Advises senior management  and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues, consults, and guides the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks
    • Lead ensuring property management controls, process maps, and procedures are in place

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of general banking, deposit, and compliance/regulatory matters
    • Understanding or banking regulatory, audit and compliance programs for deposit compliance as it relates to federally regulated banks
    • Strong analytical, research, and problem solving skills and the ability to analyze data
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret government regulations and other legal documents as applicable
    • Detail-oriented, motivated and function well in a team environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Must be flexible, able to work on multiple projects that may required restructuring due to shifting demands, unforeseen events and changing priorities
    • Identify and define problems with documentation, internal processes and procedures; research and analyze information and various situations relating to data management issues
    • Think outside the box for problem resolutions and be able to recommend alternatives or solutions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication to include presentation skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and network environments

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business related field and/or 4+ years of equivalent experience in Banking, Compliance and Risk Management, Legal or Audit fields
    • 1+ years supervisor/leadership/management experience
    • Commercial bank experience
