Our Axos Bank Summer 2019 Internship Program is hiring!
Project Scope: Each intern is assigned to a specific business unit
Development: All interns are assigned a mentor
Interns are provided professional development led by a manager
Interns will receive 2 performance reviews from their manager
Potential for internship extension into the fall 2019
Potential to convert to a direct hire position
Lunch & Learn Events: Interns attend lunch events to learn current trends in the industry
Event speakers include the CEO, and Senior Leadership
Project Presentation: Interns work on a capstone project and present findings to leadership
Intern Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs a week) Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Hourly Pay: Our interns receive hourly pay
Fitness Center: Interns receive free membership to our on-site fitness center
Job Functions & Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
