    The Advisor Support is responsible for helping grow the Advisor division and expand the number of Advisor Firms, Advisors, and end customers through daily contact with complex clients including Broker Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, Insurance Firms, & staff employed by those firms and their end clients who open accounts with Axos Advisor.  Advisor support will help in the retention efforts of clients and the onboarding of new clients by doing the KBA and other general support activities as needed by business unit.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Follow up with prospects and existing customers as needed/requested by RM or Sales Manager
    • Make outbound calls using targeted list
    • Complete required forms for onboarding firms and advisors
    • Act as liaison between customer/prospect, RM, Sales Manager, deposit ops and other units as required
    • Assist with weekly reports required to monitor call success (i.e. track Sales Force pipeline activity with actual reporting in JHA Know)
    • Provide service requests from customers as needed
    • Other general support activities as needed by business unit

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Strong customer service and sales acumen with ability to communicate to upper-management of advisor firms
    • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi task/prioritize work effectively
    • Basic knowledge of Bank Compliance, including BSA
    • Word and Excel proficient
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Very organized
    • Positive attitude
    • Dedicated team player

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • Support role, particularly for sales related activities
    • Salesforce/service cloud experience
    • High School degree

    Preferred:

    • Business Banking/wholesale/B2B experience
    • Securities license or related experience
