    We are looking for a Networking Manager to be responsible for the following:

    • Strong technical engineering knowledge in routing/switching, wireless, and security
    • Excellent IT Strategic Planning skills and vision
    • Good Resource Capacity Planning skills
    • Proficient in Project Management methodology and practices, IT Service Management methodology and practices and IT Engineering Lifecycle methodology and practices
    • Working knowledge of Cisco network routing and switching
    • Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls and security
    • Ensure that deliverables are produced within the planned budget and timeframe
    • Assist with the Infrastructure team to deliver business critical projects and maintain high levels of service
    • Analysis, testing, documentation, implementation and support of global data technologies
    • Participate in office relocations, expansions, and other infrastructure changes
    • Assist in the design and development of network implementations
    • Perform all required operational maintenance and troubleshooting of supported systems
    • Join in disaster recovery planning, development, exercises and actual events
    • Evaluate and test software changes and updates supplied by vendors, prior to installation
    • Help vendors, application developers, database administrators, corporate IT, and other technology groups to resolve any problems

    • Handle sensitive information and difficult situations in a professional and responsive manner
    • Attain firm understanding of Axos' structure and policies sufficient to serve as a resource for questions, referrals, and documentation
    • Independently resourceful in delivery of results
    • Excel under pressure
    • Strong attention to detail in regards to project planning and documentation
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and with written documentation
    • Exceptional work ethic

    • Willingness to help others, a pleasant personality, a courteous manner, and a professional demeanor

    • Apply good judgment, implement solutions, and resolve conflicts, in a multi-tasked team environment

    • Full utilization of resources to complete tasks preceded by a defined goal or objective on budget and on time
    • Develop and cultivate technical staff

    • Willing to work after hours and on weekends and travel as needed

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    Implementing/supporting:

    • routing protocols BGP, OSPF, & EIGRP
    • Layer 2 protocols RSTP and vPC
    • Cisco DMVPN, IPSEC,SSL VPN, GRE
    • Network monitoring and troubleshooting - SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime, Wireshark
    • Cisco routers 3900/4000/ASR series routers
    • Cisco Nexus switches - 2K, 5K, 7K, 9K
    • DNS, SNMP, RADIUS, TACACS

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Network Administrator
