    The VP Marketing Automation will be responsible for BofI's digital marketing initiatives including, email, marketing automation, campaign management, brand, content and design.  The ideal candidate will have experience leading digital initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  They will also have a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional results in digital marketing programs.

     

    • Marketo Certified
    • Manage Marketing Automation, Campaign Management and all email teams  and user initiated sends activities
    • Direct the creative and messaging of the email staff
    • Lead the campaign management, email and scoring initiative,  tonality and look and feel for all of the enterprise
    • Manages the campaign management strategy, set up and triggers
    • Manages the technical interface for web hooks including SMS web hook
    • Leverage data to gain insight into trending, sentiment levels, user experience and behavior in order to drive the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies
    • Optimize results through A/B testing, copy tests, landing page optimization, and offer testing
    • Monitor email can spam and online email reputation
    • Define and measure KPI's against goals
    • Identify new trends, opportunities, and vendors to continually evolve digital programs
    • Analyze email behavior, click streams and paths

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite and Outlook and digital marketing management tools
    • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team  
    • Strong analytical skills using a data driven approach to all programs
    • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, plan and budget
    • Understand the business implications of decisions
    • Effective communications and presentation skills
    • Attention to details, likes process, administration of managing a team

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • Marketo Certified
    • Over 5 years minimum experience in Digital Marketing and Brand and Social Media
    • Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices and trends
    • Experience using and implementing major web analytics packages and SEM tools
    • Extensive experience with online lead capture and landing page optimization
    • Experience with Salesforce, Velocify and Domo 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
