    As Salesforce Admin, you will be part of a collaborative Salesforce team responsible for successfully developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce nCino solutions.

    Specific areas of concentration include:

    • Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to nCino custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards
    • Research changes in upcoming versions of nCino and other integrated applications
    • Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Develop and maintain report folders, custom dashboards, etc. to improve system usability​
    • Troubleshoot user issues, set up profiles, and assist with business adoption of Salesforce capabilities
    • Configuration of Workflows and custom objects within the best practices of Salesforce Administration
    • Integration and migration activities between Salesforce environments
    • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
    • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow, and reporting
    • Lead user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs
    • Lead implementation of any statement of work for new functionality
    • Open tickets, Trouble shoot and monitor for resolution
    • Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long term viability, integrity, and adoption
    • Keep management appraised of project status and create a system to allow for the continuous flow of information among all business stakeholders
    • Maintain records of all changes made and a library of all business rules / credit policies on nCino

    Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

    • Broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform, and best practices for administration and user experience
    • Understanding of managed packages
    • Keen eye for detail and data quality
    • Salesforce Admin certificate(s)

    Desired Career Experience & Education Requirements:

    • 1+ year of nCino administration
    • ​2+ years Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Admin
    • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
    • Experience developing custom reports and dashboards
    • Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation
    • Full knowledge of Salesforce.com best-practices and functionality
    • Understanding of Salesforce Mobile Application
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge of banking and/or financial services
